What does the “Capitaine gros cheh” meme mean?

It serves as a quick visual and auditory reaction, prioritizing comedic repetition over deep meaning.
Where does the “Capitaine gros cheh” meme come from?
The content originates from a YouTube video excerpt by Astronogeek, published before May 8, 2024. The specific source does not provide the original title or exact publication date. On May 8, 2024, creator Les bidules d’Oldi published a modified version on a green screen, describing the excerpt as having strong meme potential. In the video, the phrase "it's the big cat captain" is clearly audible, but the internet community adopted the variant spelling "Captain Big Cheh." This transformation suggests a deliberate or accidental misinterpretation that became the meme's signature. The identity of the speaker in the original excerpt is not clearly established in available sources.
