Where does the “Il est ou dédé” meme come from?
“Dédé” is a traditional French nickname for André or Adrien, often used as a comic stand-in name in sketches or short videos where a missing character becomes a running gag. The phrase “il est ou dédé” spread online through videos and edited clips, picked up by different creators to accompany a comic searching scene.
