What does the “KennyS” meme mean?
Within the esports community, the name “KennyS” directly evokes sniper-rifle excellence in Counter-Strike: clean eliminations often described as impossible for other players to replicate. Invoking his name signals a rarely reached level of mastery, used as a comparison whenever a player pulls off an especially precise or spectacular sniper shot. It is a mark of respect as much as technical admiration among the game's fans.
Where does the “KennyS” meme come from?
Kenny Schrub, known as KennyS, was born on 19 May 1995 in Sarrebourg and became a French professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player. Since the game's release, he has often been considered one of the best snipers by fellow professional players, analysts and commentators, including Duncan “Thorin” Shields, a well-known esports commentary figure. That reputation was confirmed when he was named “Esports Player of the Year 2015” at The Game Awards 2015. His nickname has since become shorthand, in both French and international esports culture, for an exceptional level of sniper-rifle precision.

The reprint of the “KennyS” card
The “KennyS” card was reprinted as Rare (No. 5,248). A reprint is the same meme printed again, with a number of its own and a higher rarity than its first printing, which was common. Its face reads “Reprinted card · Higher rarity”.
Every printing is dealt in the packs of the Memes FR pack, each at its own rarity: the higher it is, the rarer the card is to pull. Copies of the first printing already pulled stay as they are, and any printing counts toward completing a set.
MyMemeCards reprints a meme when it deserves more than the rarity of its first printing, such as a classic that became iconic after it came out: the reprint gives it a place among the most sought-after cards without taking anything from the players who already had it.
