“La danse de Jazz” meme: meaning, origin and common card

What does the “La danse de Jazz” meme mean?

The effect is comic boldness: Jazz commits, dances, and shoves a hand into the viewer’s face. People use the reference to answer a provocation with humor, to wrap up a playful argument, or to go with a message of friendly defiance. The video works because the whole thing remains enjoyable despite the repeated middle finger.

Where does the “La danse de Jazz” meme come from?
