Eren Yeager is the protagonist of Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin), a manga created by Hajime Isayama later adapted into an internationally successful anime. The line "mange mon pain Eren" comes from a humorous twist, likely from a parody dub or a French video edit, placing the character in an absurd pleading scene over a piece of bread, far removed from the original plot. This kind of comic redubbed content, common in the French anime community, helped the line spread widely before it was turned into a common, collectible and tradeable card in the meme universe.
