The act originates from the Japanese television program Kasō Taishō (National Costume Competition), broadcast on NTV. Performed by Captain Hideki Kajiwara, it won the contest on March 31, 2003. The routine blends movements inspired by The Matrix with a parody of the manga Ping Pong. The illusion relies on kuroko, traditional black-clad stagehands who manipulate props and support actors to simulate zero-gravity trajectories.
