Where does the “Techno Glasses” meme come from?
The Mitazos site posted a video in June 2008 filmed in central Málaga, where a character nicknamed El Tecnogafas explains, with a technician's seriousness, how to repair an electronic Pokémon organizer. The site's ironic tone highlights the contrast between the character's claimed expertise and the trivial nature of the object he's supposedly fixing.
