In MyMemeCards, the meme card game, “Moi j'aime pas l'alcool ?” is a legendary card of the Memes FR pack, number 4102 of the collection, and the 753rd best-known meme of its 3493 cards. Here is what the meme means, where it comes from, and how to get its card.
What does the “Moi j'aime pas l'alcool ?” meme mean?
People post it when a friend’s behaviour flatly contradicts what they said about drinking. It works like a raised eyebrow in text form: the line asserts nothing, it simply asks the person to explain themselves. Typical moments include a self-declared teetotaller ordering another round, or a promise of “just one juice” that collapses by midnight. It is gentle teasing, never a serious accusation.
Where does the “Moi j'aime pas l'alcool ?” meme come from?
The phrase circulates as a caption laid over a picture, voicing surprise that the person shown “doesn’t like the taste of alcohol” and posing it as a question nobody believes. It reads like an offhand comment under a group photo after a long evening. No single author or start date stands out: the joke spread through screenshots and private chats, the way many party captions do. Its strength lies in a situation everybody has met, the guest whose actions undo their words. The wording is plain and the doubled question mark makes it easy to copy under almost any photo, which is why it keeps resurfacing among French-speaking friends.
