What does the “Pas sur le physique” meme mean?
The line states that someone should not be chosen, judged or respected on appearance alone. In meme form it carries a solemn, almost professorial tone that is funny precisely because it sounds so serious. It is used to answer a comment about someone’s looks, to gently mock a grand piece of life advice, or to settle a debate about what really matters in a person.
Where does the “Pas sur le physique” meme come from?
The line is credited to Stéphane Édouard, described as an author, speaker and sociologist who is widely followed on YouTube for his analysis of interpersonal relationships.
