Referencing the original Dembélé and Umtiti scene is enough to make the joke land, even without repeating the full line.
Where does the “Ta tête de noisette là” meme come from?
The line comes from an interview where Ousmane Dembélé and Samuel Umtiti, then French national team teammates, teased Kylian Mbappé with "your hazelnut head there" about his haircut. Filmed in the casual, behind-the-scenes style common to football content, the clip spread on social media thanks to the visible camaraderie between the three players and the clearly comedic tone of the exchange. It then became a go-to quote fans use to tease someone about their head or haircut, well beyond football circles.
