In MyMemeCards, the meme card game, “Bouli “Tout le monde sait”” is a mythic card of the Memes FR pack, number 1198 of the collection, and the 757th best-known meme of its 1050 cards. Here is what the meme means, where it comes from, and how to get its card.
What does the “Bouli “Tout le monde sait”” meme mean?
The whole meme is three words. “Tout le monde sait” never says what everybody knows: the reader finishes the sentence with whatever they already believe. The line assumes everyone agrees, then is mostly used to slip in an opinion many would dispute, and that gap is the joke. Bouli’s face does the rest: two big black eyes, a red nose, a smile that never moves. A children’s hero from the nineties who looks like he knows everything about the news is funny to the people who grew up with him, and just odd enough for those who did not.
