What does the “Hey salut à tous c’est SkyrroZ” meme mean?
The phrase works as a theatrical opener. It evokes the early-2010s gaming video era, when every creator had a personal way of greeting their community. Where does the “Hey salut à tous c’est SkyrroZ” meme come from?
SkyrroZ is a French video game creator long tied to Call of Duty and later Warzone, and one of the best-known French-language names in that field. A 2014 episode of the G-Strike show already profiled him as one of the most famous YouTubers of the Call of Duty scene. His greeting “Hey salut à tous, c’est SkyrroZ” has opened his videos for years and inspired many parodies: remade intros, edits where the intro goes wrong, and fan videos imitating him. The meme rests as much on the line as on his recognisable delivery.
