In MyMemeCards, the meme card game, “Billy gravity clouds” is a rare card of the Memes FR pack, number 5230 of the collection, and the 753rd best-known meme of its 3515 cards. Here is what the meme means, where it comes from, and how to get its card.
What does the “Billy gravity clouds” meme mean?
People use it to mock a wrong explanation delivered with total conviction. Billy picks floating clouds, the very thing that argues against him, as proof of gravity. The humor comes from that gap between his calm, teacherly tone and the upside-down logic. The quote gets posted when a friend explains something hopelessly wrong while sounding sure of it, or as a self-deprecating joke after a shaky argument.
Where does the “Billy gravity clouds” meme come from?
Billy shows up often alongside Amine, known on Twitch as Aminematue, in streams and videos where the pair take on sledding runs, school exams with Inoxtag and a first look at Minecraft. Fan-run best-of channels cut those moments into short clips. Gravity is a recurring joke there: a clip titled “la gravité” built around Amine's Minecraft play was posted in March 2022, and a March 2023 clip asked “Billy, why don't trees fall?”. The cloud line became the best-known of these improvised physics lessons and is usually shared on its own as a quote.
