What does the “Ich hab Rücken” meme mean?

Where does the “Ich hab Rücken” meme come from?
The line “Ich hab Rücken” circulates online as a stand-alone quote, reused in videos and images depicting someone refusing physical effort by citing this vague backache, without ever specifying its cause or severity.
