Where does the “Ehre genommen” meme come from?
The phrase "Ehre genommen" is tied to German-Turkish streamer and content creator MontanaBlack, widely followed on Twitch for content around games like Call of Duty, FIFA, and Fortnite as well as real-life videos. Having been one of the most popular German-language streamers on the platform since 2018, he used the line during notable in-game defeats, which was enough for his community to adopt it as a standard reaction.
