The meme carries that joy over: finding the item you hoped for without daring to believe it. The feeling is euphoria mixed with disbelief. People use it for outrageous luck, a perfect draw, a free parking spot at the perfect moment, or the unexpected loot a friend leaves behind. It can also flip into irony when the rare weapon saves nobody.
