What does the “Tk78 12 Merguez” meme mean?
People use it for an absurdly loaded plate or sandwich, or to tease a friend with no limit when it comes to food. It also works as an in-joke among TheKairi78 fans: saying twelve is enough for them to picture the scene. The tone is friendly rather than mean, and the culinary exaggeration carries all of the humour.
Where does the “Tk78 12 Merguez” meme come from?
It starts on the YouTube channel TheKairi78, which posted a Ramadan video built around twelve spicy merguez and a barbecue sauce. The monstrous sandwich stuck with viewers: another channel, kimjo 2.0, offered to recreate the TK78 twelve-merguez sandwich, and The Red Meme cut a clip of his shouting about merguez. The card pins down that greedy moment, now a classic of French meme compilations.
