What does the “Uwu itadakimas baka” meme mean?

It gets reused to point out this kind of comic mismatch between the displayed tone and the actual acts.
Where does the “Uwu itadakimas baka” meme come from?
The phrase combines three words already known in otaku and Japanese-meme communities: “uwu”, an onomatopoeia popularized online to express exaggerated cuteness, “itadakimasu”, the Japanese phrase said before eating, and “baka”, a Japanese word meaning “idiot”, widely reused in memes to mock foolishness. Paired with a scene where a person keeps handling a shotgun while putting on this childlike tone, the phrase underlines the gap between the cute attitude on display and the seriousness of the action underway, a contrast those sharing the clip found absurd and therefore funny.
