The song came out in 2013, performed by host Cartman under his character Sébastien Patrick, later renamed Sébastien Patoche. The lyrics also slip in references to Chuck Norris and the television series Walker, Texas Ranger, mixing pop-culture nods with deliberately crude humor. The song circulated online around its release, carried by its intentionally vulgar title and its easy-to-remember chorus, before settling into an inside joke that some internet users still bring up today.
