The scene belongs to the film "Il secondo tragico Fantozzi", released in 1976, directed by Luciano Salce, written and performed by Paolo Villaggio as the lowly office clerk Ugo Fantozzi. His boss, duke count Semenzara, forces his employees into an annual mandatory film night centred on the same Soviet classic, "Battleship Potemkin" (which Fantozzi mispronounces). After years of silent submission, Fantozzi finally snaps and announces his unappealable verdict to the whole room: "For me... the battleship Kotiomkin... is a load of absolute rubbish!"
