Where does the “Rzhomba, prikol rabotayet” meme come from?
The meme “Rjomba, prikol rabotaet” appeared on the runet in 2018, around a scene where a character nicknamed Rjomba shows disproportionate joy after successfully landing a joke. That excessive reaction, filmed or described, was enough to turn the phrase into a recurring comment, reused whenever a joke succeeds but it's mainly its author's enthusiasm that grabs attention.
