What does the “Un Milshake vraiment” meme mean?

Where does the “Un Milshake vraiment” meme come from?
The phrase comes from a video where someone, tasting a milkshake, gives a reaction marked by clear hesitation, cut by an “uh” before the word “really”. That moment of wavering, where the tone suggests a more mixed opinion than the words actually say, was enough to turn the clip into a meme, reused to illustrate any polite but unconvinced reaction to a product or a situation. The phrase later spread under several close spellings, a sign it travels more by ear than by a fixed written title.
