The phrase comes from Locklear, a French streamer who turned it into a signature cry for his community on Twitch. It builds on “noob”, gaming slang for a beginner, which he warps into a long, enraged shout. During his games the cry erupts when things spiral: chat, opponents or teammates become targets of an intentionally exaggerated bad-faith rant. That theatrical energy made the line easy to clip, share and quote among fans. It then spread beyond the streams into comments and chats between French-speaking players, who use it to mock themselves as much as others.
