The meme is used to fake seriousness and scold someone in an exaggerated way over something trivial, just like Flayslane did to Victor Hugo over an unimportant comment about food. It works as a comedic telling-off, never a real criticism.
Where does the “I Don’t Like Rudeness” meme come from?
The line came up early in BBB 20, in 2020 (the Museu de Memes says January of that year), in a lunchtime conversation between contestants Flayslane and Victor Hugo. After he said he was not a big fan of fish, Flayslane answered in a serious tone, “eu não gosto de ignorância, viu Victor Hugo? Só para você saber” (“I don't like ignorance, you know, Victor Hugo? Just so you know”). The clip spread quickly on social media and became one of the show's best-remembered catchphrases.
