The Brazilian memes pack
Brazilian Memes is the MyMemeCards pack devoted to the Brazilian internet. Its 300 cards gather the classics the whole country quotes: Luísa Marilac's “good drinks”, Manoel Gomes's song Caneta Azul, Inês Brasil's audition video for Big Brother Brasil, the gym shout “BIRL!” and Giovana's falling oven.
Every card has its page, which explains the meme and where it comes from, for anyone who doesn't speak Portuguese.
From TV to football
Television gives a good share of the cards: “Senta lá, Cláudia”, “Para nossa alegria”, Lasier and the grape, Glória Maria in Jamaica and “Hoje é dia de rock, bebê!”. Football follows with “Cala a boca, Galvão”, “É tetra!”, the Canarinho Pistola and the endless “Palmeiras não tem Mundial”.
The rest comes straight from social media: “é verdade esse bilete”, ET Bilu, the fake pregnancy of Taubaté, “Menos Luiza”, “Senhora?”, the sanduíche-iche, Cabeleleila Leila and Ednaldo Pereira.
The rarest cards
At the top sit the three Mythic cards: Luísa Marilac's “good drinks”, Caneta Azul and Inês Brasil's Big Brother Brasil audition. Then come the Legendaries, such as “BIRL! Sai da jaula!”, “Cala a boca, Galvão”, “Eita, Giovana!”, “Tapa na pantera” or “Para nossa alegria”, followed by the Epics, Rares and Commons.
