Asked by host Maria Beltrão about Lady Gaga's chances in the best original song category, she flatly replied: “não sou capaz de opinar.” The phrase came up again later that night, including when she admitted she hadn't watched the winning animated film, Inside Out. These bare-bones answers, at odds with what's expected from a commentator, went viral the same night, and the line has since been used whenever someone refuses to settle a debate.
