Where does the “Forgotten at the Barbecue” meme come from?

The expression came from a note published on 19 May 2010 by columnist Léo Dias, in the newspaper Extra, titled “Adriana Bombom esquece as filhas em churrasco”, claiming the former dancer had left to get a coat and only returned the next day, leaving her daughters Olivia and Thalita at the party. Ten years later, in an interview with Catraca Livre, Thalita said the forgetting never happened and that the story was a rumor created to damage her mother's image during her divorce from singer Dudu Nobre; Léo Dias, in the same outlet, stood by his version that the forgetting did happen. Even disputed, the phrase became a fixed expression in Brazilian internet culture for anything or anyone neglected by the media.
