Where does the “Suddenly, for No Reason” meme come from?
“Boris” is an Italian series produced by Wilder for Fox International Channels Italy, airing first on the pay channels Fox and FX from 2007, then on free channel Cielo. It follows the chaotic production of the fictional show “Gli occhi del cuore 2”, run by disillusioned director René Ferretti, who films, in his own words, “a cazzo di cane”, however it comes out. A film followed in 2011, and a fourth revival season was produced by The Apartment for Disney+ in 2022. The phrase mocks how carelessly the fictional show’s writers justify their most implausible twists.
