What does the “The 5–5–5 Bizona” meme mean?

Where does the “The 5–5–5 Bizona” meme come from?
L’allenatore nel pallone is an Italian comedy from 1984 directed by Sergio Martino. Lino Banfi plays Oronzo Canà, a modest coach from Puglia who dreams of Serie A and takes over Longobarda, an invented club just promoted. Its president, Borlotti, hired him hoping he would be bad enough to get the team relegated. Canà presents his system, the “Bi-zona” 5-5-5, with five defenders, five attackers and, in theory, five midfielders. The film parodies Oronzo Pugliese’s “doppia zona” and the abstract tactical talk of coaches of the time. The word stuck in Italian football slang.
