What does the “Pivnoy yozhik” meme mean?

Where does the “Pivnoy yozhik” meme come from?
The meme spread starting in 2023 on the Runet (the Russian-language internet), built around an image pairing a hedgehog with a beer, embodying a modest, unpretentious kind of happiness.
