Service après-vente des émissions is a comic series created by Omar Sy, Fred Testot and Bertrand Delaire, aired on Canal+ from 2005 to 2012. Each segment lasts about two minutes: one actor picks up and says the line, while the other plays a caller asking for confirmation of a story seen on TV. The sketches slide quickly into absurdity, with costumes and recurring characters such as Tata Suzanne, Super Connard and Clowny. The format grew out of the duo’s earlier show Le Visiophon, then joined 20 h 10 pétantes and Le Grand Journal. It was also rebroadcast on Comédie+ and on radio.
