What does the “C'est comment c'est délicieux ou c'est délicieux” meme mean?
The line is a false choice: both options are identical, so the person asked can only agree. It captures the art of asking a question while dictating the answer, with a dash of friendly insistence or mischief. People use the meme when they expect a flattering opinion, to nudge a friend into approving, or to joke about a rigged poll. The detail of a taco offered to a passerby adds a note of clumsy generosity: you give, but you also demand an enthusiastic thank-you.
Where does the “C'est comment c'est délicieux ou c'est délicieux” meme come from?
A creator decided to offer a taco to a random stranger and filmed it. After the tasting, he asks for a verdict with the line “C’est comment ? C’est délicieux ou c’est délicieux ?”, which offers no alternative. Delivered with total confidence, the line broke away from the video to become a sound and a quote. It illustrates a classic comic device, the fake freedom of choice, and it spread through comments, short edits and private chats. The French tacos, a hugely popular dish among young people, adds some local color to the meme.
